Meet Meredith: A Hometown Hero with a Heart of Gold
Meredith Mitchell is a proud Enterprise, Alabama native and an instrumental leader at Mitchell Automotive Group. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, her leadership style is marked by an unwavering dedication to her team, who deeply admire and appreciate her. Recognized by many as “The Jeep Girl” from the dealership’s popular commercials, Meredith’s influence extends far beyond her professional role.
Meredith has a heartfelt commitment to serving local children, making a lasting difference in countless lives. For 27 years, she has led the Children’s Choir at First Baptist Church. Each holiday season, she organizes the Mitchell Automotive Bicycle Drive for Coffee County Family Services and the Toyota of Dothan Toys for Tots Drive, ensuring that children in need have something special to look forward to. Her support of the Special Olympics further demonstrates her passion for creating opportunities for all kids to thrive.
Beyond her charitable work, Meredith is involved in several community organizations. She serves as Vice President of the Enterprise Retirement Center and is an active member of the Coffee County Family Services Board of Directors. In the past, Meredith served on the Main Street Enterprise Design Committee, the First Baptist Church Budget and Finance Committee, and the Southeast Alabama Dance Company Board of Directors. She has also participated in the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and the Enterprise State Community College’s Dancing for Scholarships Event.
But above all, Meredith treasures her role as a mother. Her children, Camille and Mitchell, are the center of her world, and she cherishes every moment with her family. Her love for her community and dedication to her work make her deeply valued by all who know her, embodying what it means to lead with heart and purpose.
