At Mitchell Nissan, we believe in giving back to those who shape the future—our amazing educators! This summer, we were thrilled to host our Amazon Teacher Wishlist Giveaway, “Clear the List,” to show our appreciation for the incredible work teachers do every day.
Teachers go above and beyond to create engaging, inspiring, and nurturing environments for our children. Yet, they often face the challenge of providing classroom supplies out of their own pockets. That’s why we wanted to step in and give back in a meaningful way. Our giveaway promised to fulfill the entire Amazon wishlists of two lucky teachers before the start of the school year. But, because of the overwhelming response and the inspiring stories we received, we decided to surprise a third teacher as well!
How the Giveaway Worked
Participation was simple! Teachers and their supporters could enter by completing these steps:
- Liking our Facebook post.
- Commenting their school name and tagging three teacher friends.
- Sharing the post to spread the word.
- Submitting their Amazon wishlist through our Google Form.
It was incredible to see the engagement and the outpouring of support for teachers in our community. From friends and family to fellow educators, the comments section was buzzing with positivity and appreciation for our local heroes in education.

Mrs. Selena Wood
A dedicated 6th-grade teacher at Daleville Middle School, Mrs. Wood pours her heart into helping her students thrive. Her passion for education and her commitment to her classroom truly stood out.
Mrs. Jessica Johnson
As a kindergarten teacher at Rucker Boulevard Elementary School, Mrs. Johnson is shaping young minds during one of the most critical stages of their educational journey. Her enthusiasm and creativity are unmatched!
Mrs. Brittany McKenzie
Teaching 6th grade at Harrand Creek Elementary School, Mrs. McKenzie’s dedication to her students and her innovative teaching style made her a standout nominee.
These remarkable women work tirelessly to provide their students with the best learning experiences possible, and it was our privilege to support them.
