Community Spirit Shines Bright
On March 16th, 2024, Mitchell Automotive proudly participated in the Oscar Club Annual Day of Service, a cherished tradition that brings the community together for a day of giving back. This year, Ross Bonura, General Sales Manager at Mitchell Nissan, Fred Sneed, General Manager of Mitchell Hyundai, and Ali Qualls, Marketing Director at Mitchell Automotive, joined forces to make a difference in Coffee County.
Painting for a Cause
Our dedicated team spent the day painting the porch for Coffee County Family Services, lending their time and skills to enhance the facility that serves many local families. This act of service not only improved the physical appearance but also demonstrated Mitchell Automotive’s commitment to supporting our community in meaningful ways.
A Message from the Mayor
Enterprise Mayor William Cooper, an advocate for community involvement, highlighted the significance of the event. “This is an opportunity for you to show your ‘Enterpride’ for our city,” said Mayor Cooper. “Whether it’s your church group, civic club, youth group, business, or just neighbors getting together to help each other, we encourage everyone to take time to do something for the betterment of Enterprise.”
A United Effort
The Oscar Club Annual Day of Service saw participation from over 50 civic clubs, churches, businesses, and individuals, all coming together to make a positive impact. The kickoff event at 8 a.m. on Saturday at Bates Memorial Stadium featured City Councilman, Eugene Goolsby reading a proclamation to recognize the importance of the project. Charlene Goolsby, a dedicated member of the Oscar Club, expressed her gratitude, stating, “We appreciate the city’s support.”
