A morning of family fun, exciting vehicles, and community connection brought local families together in Enterprise.
Mitchell Automotive was proud to partner with the Pilot Club of Enterprise for this year’s Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, October 17, bringing families together for a morning filled with excitement, hands-on experiences, and community spirit.
The event gave children and families the opportunity to get up close with a variety of vehicles, explore trucks and equipment, and enjoy an interactive experience designed for all ages. From big trucks to emergency vehicles, Touch-A-Truck offered a memorable way for children to learn about the vehicles and equipment that serve their community.
To make the event more inclusive, the morning began with a dedicated sensory-friendly hour from 9 to 10 a.m., during which lights and sirens remained off. From 10 a.m. until noon, attendees could enjoy the full Touch-A-Truck experience, including lights and sirens.
“Events like Touch-A-Truck are a wonderful opportunity to bring families together, create lasting memories, and support organizations that make a difference in our community,” said Camille Johnson, Marketing and Community Engagement Director for Mitchell Automotive. “At Mitchell Automotive, giving back to the Wiregrass is an important part of who we are, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be involved in such a meaningful event.”
The event would not have been possible without the dedication of the Pilot Club of Enterprise, the participating vehicle and equipment providers, and the families who came out to enjoy the morning. Their support helped make the event a celebration of community, connection, and family fun.
As a locally engaged automotive group, Mitchell Automotive is committed to supporting the people and organizations that make the Wiregrass a special place to live and work. Through community partnerships, local events, and outreach initiatives, Mitchell Automotive strives to make a positive impact beyond the dealership.
Mitchell Automotive is thankful to everyone who helped make Touch-A-Truck a success and looks forward to continuing to support events that bring the Enterprise community together.
